Refund Policy

At Forever Uplifting Fitness™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@foreverupliftingfitness.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect colour selection

  • Change of mind

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
