Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the UK. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time during peak periods.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — check the banner at the top of our site for the current threshold.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

Yes. All orders are dispatched with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Are returns free?

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.

How do your products fit?

Our products are designed with an athletic fit in mind. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements.

ORDER TRACKING

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we will investigate.

PRODUCT CARE

How should I wash my Forever Uplifting Fitness clothing?

To keep your garments looking their best: machine wash cold (30°C), inside out, with similar colours. Do not tumble dry — hang to dry. Do not iron directly on printed areas. Do not dry clean.

Will the print fade over time?

Our products are printed using high-quality processes designed for durability. Following the care instructions above will maximise the lifespan of your garment and print.
